Shipping Information: How We Ship
KICTeam, Inc. ships worldwide, however online orders may only be shipped to the 50 U.S. States. If you are an international customer and need to place an order, please call KICTeam at 1-207-514-7030 and our customer care representatives will be able to help you.
We ship from zip code 04210 via FedEx. The website uses FedEx live shipping rates. Shipping rates are determined by the dimensional weight (DIMS) of the box your items are packed in, not the weight of the items in the box. KICTeam does not use standard FedEx boxes. We use custom boxes to ensure that your items are packed securely and with care so as not to damage your items.
For these reasons, KICTeam’s online shipping rates will not be the same as the rates you may find by using FedEx’s shipping estimate calculator.
How We Process Orders
Orders that are received by 2:00pm EST Monday through Friday will be entered into KICTeam’s system for processing the same day.
Orders that are received AFTER 2:00pm EST Monday through Friday will be processed the next business day.
FedEx Shipping Methods
- FedEx Ground: 1 to 5 business days for the contiguous 48 U.S. States. 3 to 7 business days for Alaska and Hawaii.
- FedEx Standard Overnight (Not available to Hawaii): Next-business-day by 4:30pm for businesses and 8:00pm for residences.
- FedEx 2nd Day: 2 business days by 4:30pm for businesses and 8:00pm for residences.
When You Can Expect Your Order to Ship from KICTeam
- An order placed by 2:00pm on Tuesday will be entered into KIC’s system on Tuesday and will ship out on Wednesday. If you shipped your order FedEx Standard Overnight, your package should* arrive by 4:30pm on Thursday. If you shipped your order FedEx 2nd Day, your order should* arrive by 4:30pm on Friday.
- An order placed after 2:00pm on Tuesday will be entered into KIC’s system on Wednesday and will ship out on Thursday. If you shipped your order FedEx Standard Overnight, your package should* arrive by 4:30pm on Friday. If you shipped your order FedEx 2nd Day, your order should* arrive by 4:30pm the following Monday.
